All while hosting my autistic son’s autistic friend for a sleepover. 😀

The little boys are asleep, and the big boys are having the time of their lives playing Super Nintendo and relaxing in their mutual atypical-ness. As Jamison informed me this morning, “It’s really easy to have a relationship with an autistic boy. He knows what makes me laugh.”

Don’t we all need a friend like that?
